vibrometer with memory Korsar+ meant for on-the-fly task solution of vibration
diagnostics.
It permit to control the common level of vibration (peak, mean-square sense, peak-to-peak) in dimension of acceleration, velocity and displacement. Measurements, which had been registered by Korsar+ can be saved in memory (about thousands records) and transfered by interface USB to computer.
Korsar+ can register the waveform of vibration, the spectrum of vibration in the range of 10 – 2000 Hz, keep vaweforms and spectrums in memory (about 2000). For the keeping of registered vaweforms and spectums on the personal computer can be used the software Atlant.
The completely modification Korsar+ is permited to keep one plane balancing
of rotors and pumps, fans and motors on-the-place.
Korsar+ is registered in the national list of measuring vibration devices.
Vibrometer Korsar+ is maked in the intrinsically safe performance with the dangerous conditions(1ExibIIBT3 X.).
Korsar+ is worked from accumulators AA. All information is represented on the screen (128*64 pixels) of expanded temperature range, also there is a backhlight of the screen. Strong and handy aluminium case is raised the reliability of using this vibrometer in the adverse conditions. There is a possibility to connect a head-phones “to listening the vibration”.

The version Korsar++ permit to make a dynamic balancing of rotors in their bearings or on the balancing machine (realize algorithm of mono- or double-plane balancing). For this purpose there is a laser marker in set.
In the delivery set of Korsar+ are included two diagnostics programs for PC: Aurora and Atlant. These programs is a modern approach of vibration diagnostics, they represent an expert diagnostic system.
Aurora permit to make a transfer from maintenance of rotation equipment in the system “planned precautionary repairs” to repair by technical state. Using of the system Aurora doesn’t demand special training of attendants and with the correct realize bring high economic effect.
Atlant permit to make a diagnostic of defects of equipment by spectrums of signals. In the program are realized all necessary time and frequency transformation of the signals of vibration. build in expert system and a language of writing diagnostics rules are appreciably extended the field of application this program.
An integration of vibrometer “Korsar+” and these expert programs are easy for using and cheap and have not analogue for their functional completeness.
