Diana-8 - the eight-channel analyser of vibro-signals
The
eight-channel synchronous recorder and analyzer of vibro-signals Diana-8
is intended to solve practical problems concerning diagnostics of a status
of the equipment. It is the most high-performed and complex diagnostic
decision among our of products. Despite of loading of the device with
complex functions of registration and processing of signals, it is simple
and can be used by experts of various levels of vibration preparation.
The basis of device Diana-8 is made by 32-bit RISC-microprocessor ARM.
Volume of operative memory (up to 64 Mb) and memory for data storage (256
Mb) allow to solve specific problems of diagnostics most effectively -
to register long-proceeding processes, to count parameters of run-up/
coast down of large units. The analysis of processes is made on 8 channels
at once, marker is connected to the 9 th channel of the device.

For convenience and efficiency of job in the device except a mode of synchronous registration and processing, additional algorithms are realized which are, convenient for practical application. These algorithms include: multiplane balancing with a laser marker phases, calculation of amplitude and a phase of a harmonic, calculation of an orbit, calculation of power in a bands of frequencies, definition of frequencies of construction resonance, routing technology of measurements.
The delivery of device Diana-8 includes the software of vibrating diagnostics Atlant. By means of this program storage of vibro-signals and spectrum in a computer is realized. Transfer of the information from the device in a computer is made by USB port. Time and frequency transformations of vibro-signals, wavelet-conversion of signals are realized in the program Atlant. At diagnostics available means spatial visualization of multivariate oscillation that is unique advantage of multichannel devices of synchronous registration.
The software Atlant included:
- Expert system of diagnostics and search of defects of rotating equipment;
- System of diagnostics of defects of rolling bearing on spectrum envelope of vibro-signals;
- Language of writing of diagnostic rules Pallada by means of which the user can formalize and use all the operating time in automated diagnostics
